My client is a successful IT Managed Service Provider, looking to expand their team.

They are currently looking to recruit an experienced 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer looking for a long-term career opportunity.

Working as part of an established team with excellent technical knowledge, the role offers the opportunity to join a growing, success business who offer excellent career development opportunities.

What you need:

  • A “customer first” mentality!
  • Solid experience in 2nd line IT support.
  • Experience of high-volume service desk environments in an MSP environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Azure, m365, AD, Windows, Networking, Virtualisation (VMWare, Hyper-V etc) and Backup (Veeam), Firewalls.
