Business Development Manager – 75% Account Management!

Our client is a highly respected, market leader established for over 100 years. 

Well known within their industry they have a reputation for providing a vast portfolio of products, including materials handling solutions, hygiene, PPE, industrial and office supplies alongside many more. 

Due to this success, they are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to cover West London, Essex, Kent, East Sussex & Anglia 

Responsible for developing an existing account portfolio (approximately 75% of the role) whilst constantly hunting for new business opportunities, you will be the focal point for accounts within the region. 

What you need: 

  • Extensive experience gained in a gained in a similar BDM/Account Manager role. 
  • Exposure to a role selling a vase portfolio of products. 
  • Experience of winning, developing and retaining accounts across multiple sectors including commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, HoReCa etc. 
  • Experience gained selling similar products (i.e office supplies, hygiene/catering consumables, PPE, workwear etc would be an advantage. 
  • A passion for impeccable customer service. 
  • A demonstrable history of consistent target achievement. 
  • A team mentality. 
  • Highly developed commercial acumen.
