£30,000 + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

TRC are working with a new, specialist technology company who are looking for an ambitious and confident individual to embark on rewarding journey with them as a Sales Development Representative.

The company, who are focussing on B2B sales of healthcare EPR (electronic patient record) technology into specifically care homes in the UK. The role would not be heavily research based as the company already hold the required information to jump right in!

In addition, my client is looking to provide the right individual with an excellent career progression, with a path to becoming the business’ Sales Manager in time!

The ideal candidate will be:

  • An enthusiastic people person, who is confident and tech savvy
  • Have an interest in progressing within the sales market.
  • The ability to demonstrate strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • A positive approach to discussing challenges with the resilience and determination needed to succeed in a sales role.
  • Experience in B2B sales (ideally within the healthcare or tech industry but not essential)


Key responsibilities:

  • Generate initial interest and appointments for the Director via outbound call activity, specifically from care homes in the UK.
  • Use data and tools provided to turn prospect data into sales opportunities.
  • Manage sales pipeline.
